Shift Green Hub may provide project information, supporter pathways, memberships, sponsorship opportunities, event promotion, educational content, platform tools and other mission-aligned services.

Shift Green Hub is working towards a not-for-profit and charitable operating model. Unless expressly stated on the website, Shift Green Hub does not claim to be a registered charity, deductible gift recipient or incorporated not-for-profit organisation.

  • A donation, registration of interest or expression of support does not create a direct contract between you and the project organiser.
  • We do not guarantee that every project will proceed, be fully funded, be delivered within a particular timeframe or achieve a specific outcome.
  • Project organisers should provide project information and progress updates in good faith.
  • We may review, edit, decline, remove or update project information where necessary to protect the platform, community trust or legal compliance.

5. Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions made to support selected projects, Shift Green Hub operations or other sustainability initiatives aligned with our mission.

  • Donations may be processed through third-party payment providers.
  • Where a project cannot proceed, changes materially or no longer requires the funds, Shift Green Hub may redirect donations to another project, platform activity or sustainability initiative aligned with our stated mission.
  • Donations are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where there has been a payment error.
  • We do not represent that donations are tax deductible. You should seek your own advice if tax treatment matters to you.

6. Memberships

Shift Green Hub may offer free or paid memberships to businesses, organisations and individuals. Membership fees may support platform operations, community projects, education, events and other mission-aligned activities.

  • Membership benefits may vary by plan and may include profiles, listings, promotional opportunities, project participation, event access or platform features.
  • Paid membership does not guarantee leads, referrals, sales, sponsorship selection, endorsement, funding, participation or specific outcomes.
  • We may change membership fees, features, eligibility or inclusions with reasonable notice.
  • If recurring payments are available, the payment frequency, amount, renewal terms and cancellation process should be disclosed before payment.
  • You may cancel a recurring membership using the cancellation method provided or by contacting us. Cancellation will usually take effect at the end of the then-current billing period unless stated otherwise or required by law.

7. Sponsors, Supporters and Partners

Businesses, organisations and individuals may support Shift Green Hub through sponsorships, partnerships, memberships, featured listings, project support, event support or other paid participation options.

  • Sponsor, supporter or partner visibility does not constitute an endorsement, warranty or guarantee by Shift Green Hub.
  • Specific commercial benefits, deliverables, visibility rights, reporting or participation conditions may be governed by a separate sponsorship, membership or partnership agreement.
  • We may decline, suspend or remove sponsor, supporter or partner visibility where we reasonably believe it conflicts with our mission, policies, legal obligations or community trust.

8. Events

Events may be organised by Shift Green Hub or by third parties. Event listings are provided for awareness and community participation.

  • Separate event-specific terms, fees, cancellation rules or safety requirements may apply.
  • Shift Green Hub is not responsible for third-party event delivery, safety, cancellation, venue access or attendee experience except where expressly stated.
  • Event organisers are responsible for providing accurate event details and complying with applicable laws, permits, insurance requirements and safety obligations.

9. Payments

Payments through Shift Green Hub may include donations, membership fees, sponsorship fees, event fees, service fees and other mission-aligned charges.

  • Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.
  • You must provide accurate payment and billing information where payment is required.
  • Recurring payments must clearly disclose frequency, amount, renewal and cancellation conditions before payment is taken.
  • Unless stated otherwise, fees paid for memberships, sponsorships, event participation or platform services are non-refundable except where required by law or where there has been a payment error.

You grant Shift Green Hub permission to use, display, reproduce, edit and share submitted content for platform, project, event, supporter, promotional, reporting and mission-aligned purposes.
