Join Marco for a hands-on pasta-making workshop where you’ll learn to make fresh pasta from scratch, just like his Nonna taught him. You’ll roll, shape and cook your own pasta, learn simple ways to tweak the dough for different dietary needs, then sit down together for a relaxed lunch under the trees in the beautiful Perth City Farm garden.

After the workshop, you’ll share a glass of prosecco and enjoy your handmade pasta with a simple, seasonal vegetable sauce, plus Marco’s tips for building flavour the Italian way, starting with the classic soffritto. Expect good food, warm stories, and that very satisfying “we made this” feeling.

Our weekly Farmers Market will be in full swing during your session, so arrive early for a coffee at Be Free Café, a wander through the stalls, and maybe a little local-produce shopping before you start.
